Ever heard of “Scratch and sniff” discs? I wouldn’t be surprised if you hadn’t. The U.K. versions of ‘Grand Turismo 2’ and ‘FIFA 2001’ shipped with discs that you could scratch to unleash an odour! FIFA’s discs would smell like “the pitch,” whereas Grand Turismo’s was supposed to deliver an “authentic pit-stop smell.” No idea why that didn’t catch on...
