Before this was action epic was a massive movie franchise, it was a 60s TV show. In fact, Cruise was such a fan of the show that it was his idea to push for a movie. Cruise became known for doing his own stunts in the films, including leaping out of the tallest building in the whole world – the Burj Khalifa!
